At the beginning of 2026, NZ supporters responded generously to our Uganda WASH Appeal, raising an incredible NZD $94,408 to help bring clean water, safe sanitation, and hygiene education to vulnerable communities. As WASH III works to complete critical water and sanitation improvements in rural Uganda, your support is helping families move closer to health, dignity, and long-term sustainability. Here’s an update on the impact you are helping create.

At the Ophel Health Centre in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, small improvements are making a big difference. Thanks to the support of INNZ, new sterilisation equipment and strengthened health services are helping protect mothers, newborns, and vulnerable families—bringing safer care, greater trust, and renewed hope to the community.

In rural Sri Lanka, families struggle with water, farming, and income. Through our Life-Giving Water & Strengthened Livelihoods project — supported by the NZ Government — every $1 you give is TRIPLED, bringing safe water, stronger harvests, and lasting opportunities for families.

In Savar, Bangladesh, mothers and children often struggle to access healthcare. Through the Savar Mother & Child Healthcare Project, families receive treatment, medicines, vaccinations, and health education—bringing hope, preventing disease, and building healthier futures where it’s needed most.
