At the end of January, the Education team had the privilege of attending the inaugural INAP (International Needs Assistance Programme) Summit in the Philippines. Thirty-seven delegates from partner countries around the world gathered for a week of reflection, collaboration, and forward planning.

Throughout the Summit, we celebrated achievements, shared experiences from diverse contexts, and worked together to identify practical solutions for harmonising processes, standardising policies, and integrating data systems across all assistance programmes. As an organisation committed to ongoing growth and excellence, this Summit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, learn from one another, and build momentum for the future of INAP.
Key highlights from the week included:
- Strengthening relationships across our global International Needs family
- Gaining a deeper appreciation of the cultural diversity within our network
- Renewing our shared commitment to ensuring INAP remains effective and relevant in a changing world
- Creating space for connection, laughter, and meaningful friendships

One of the most impactful aspects of the week was the reminder that, despite our varied backgrounds, locations, and circumstances, we are united by a common purpose: faithfully stewarding the lives entrusted to our care.
On our final day, delegates dressed in cultural attire representing their home countries—a powerful and joyful expression of the diversity within our global family. It was a beautiful reflection of how God’s love is at work across International Needs worldwide, weaving together different cultures and contexts into one shared mission.
