She was living in Titao but was forced to leave her village for Bobo-Dioulasso when ongoing terrorist attacks left the area without medical facilities. Upon reaching Bobo-Dioulasso, her nephew guided her to the Ophel Medical Centre. The midwives at the centre provided her with attentive care throughout her pregnancy, right up until she gave birth to her son. Unfortunately, shortly after birth, her baby experienced breathing difficulties. Thankfully, because she was under the care and supervision of the skilled midwives, they quickly identified the issue and arranged for her and her baby to be transferred to the hospital, where her son was able to receive the specialized care he needed.
