Prasanna

Prasanna comes from a lower-middle class background where the family’s main source of income is from seasonal farming. They have a small piece of farmland where they grow crops. Prasanna has an older sister and a younger brother.
The family live in a mud and stone house in a village where they use a common water tap for the whole village. The tap is 10 minutes away from the house. Prasanna helps at home by cleaning the house.
Prasanna walks 30-35 minutes to get to school where she is in Grade 4. She loves Nepali and dancing and wants to be a teacher in the future.
