Nepal Ministry 2021 update

They have achieved some amazing results

It is pleasing to report that now in Nepal, most of the people who are falling sick due to Covid-19 experience low to moderate symptoms and recover without special treatment. We are so thankful for your prayers and support.

Presently there are 43 Church Workers (CWs) in Nepal: 14 females and 29 males, who cover seven provinces. New Zealand supports 14, U.S.A. supports 22, and the Czech Republic supports 7.

The CWS are passionate to develop the quality of people’s lives, both spiritually and physically. They work day and night and in all kinds of difficult circumstances to be “salt” and “light”, completely depending on God and seeking empowerment by the Holy Spirit.

They have achieved some amazing results, such as:
Sharing the gospel message with over 10,000 people
231 people have received the Lord as their personal Saviour
403 people have been water baptised
6 new churches have been planted
Participating in community clean-ups
Distributing much needed resources to over 775 struggling families
Organising blood donation events
Raising public awareness about relevant health issues
Building friendship and evangelism through sports like football games to reach the unreached
Help construct two wells in the rural villages

We want to share with you an amazing story about Mrs. Man, told by one of our CWs. “Mrs. Man suffered ill health and fell frequently. She regressed to the point that she would tear her clothes and harm her body, which scared her family and neighbours. One day some people heard that Jesus can heal, so they informed me and we went to see her. She was in a very distressed condition. We prayed for her in the name of Jesus, and gradually she became better. She is well now and has accepted our Lord Jesus as her Saviour. Praise the Lord! She is now active in sharing the gospel with other non-believers and two souls have accepted Jesus through her. Her neighbours and family members are surprised to see her as normal!”
