Giving Hope and A Future for Children in Bangladesh

Giving Hope and A Future for Children in Bangladesh
With a population of over 170 million, Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in the world.
Its geographical location makes it vulnerable to frequent natural disasters.
There are significant areas of extreme poverty both in the cities and remote villages which comprises over 60% of the country's population.

The Naogoan Free School located in rural northwest Bangladesh is near completion. The school construction has cost just over $500,000 and will cater to over 500 students from 2021. It will be working in conjunction with the International Needs Primary school, located across the road. This building will have many facets, including provision of education to high school students, providing vocational training to families of the community and be a facility to house up to 100 rescued children from bonded labour.

The school is requiring ongoing support to sponsor students to attend school, to maintain classrooms, school grounds and everyday maintenance.
Your help will transform the lives of the region’s most vulnerable children. Your support ensures that every girl and boy in Naogoan has access to a quality education giving them more chances in life, including employment opportunities, better health, and the opportunity to help bring about positive changes in their community.
